- Waiting Time at Airports – Commercial Flights:
Our airport pickup services include 1 hour of waiting time on all domestic and international flight arrivals. After the initial hour following the confirmed landing time, waiting time will be billed in 30-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest half-hour interval at a rate of $20 per 30 minutes.
- In Airport Pick-ups:
We’re delighted to offer in-airport pick-ups. Our drivers will park in short-term parking, holding a sign with the passenger’s last name. In-airport pick-ups incur an additional $30 on top of the airport pick-up fee, and clients are responsible for associated short-term parking fees. - Additional Stops:
Charges for additional stops range from $10 to $30, depending on the distance traveled. Stops within the same suburban town are typically $10 each, while stops at other towns along the way range from $15 to $30. - Holiday Surcharge:
Trips on holidays listed below incur an additional $50 added to the base price:
- Christmas Eve (starting at 3pm)
- Christmas Day
- Easter Sunday
- New Year’s Eve (starting at 3pm)
- New Year’s Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Additional Inclusions:
- New York State Sales Tax is INCLUDED.
- Round trip tolls are INCLUDED.
- All rates include curbside pickup. If preferred, add $30 to the base rate for Inside Pick Up, plus parking.
